Facts
·         House was built in 1955, and is a classic
mid-century modern
·         Original house size at purchase was 1,645 sq feet

·         We bought it in 1997 (we’ve owned it 15 years)
·         Added the office/laundry room in about 2000
·         House is now about 2,100 sq feet

What was done in this remodel?
·         Start Date:  Jan. 2, 2012; Finish Date: May 15, 2012
·         Added one bathroom to Alex’s room
·         Expanded both guest and master bathrooms
·         Added master bedroom closet
·         Total addition about 167 square feet
·         Added tract lighting and LED TV in master
·         Upgraded electrical panel from 100 to 200 amp
·         Essentially back wall of house came off, all windows were replaced
·         All closet doors in the house were replaced with louver doors
·         Floor heating was changed to wall ducting
·         Fireplace was swapped to fireplace insert
